1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PhotonVerse's lead generation and social media advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PhotonVerse provides lead generation and social media advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and convert potential customers across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

2.1 Lead Generation Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Identification of potential leads through advanced targeting algorithms
  • Campaign creation and management across social media platforms
  • Lead qualification and scoring
  • Performance analytics and reporting
  • Campaign optimization and A/B testing

3. Qualification Process

PhotonVerse reserves the right to qualify potential clients based on various criteria including but not limited to business legitimacy, advertising budget, target market compatibility, and compliance with platform policies. Not all applicants will be accepted for our services.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are offered at the following monthly rates:

  • Facebook Ads Plan: $40/month
  • Multi-Platform Plan: $50/month
  • Enterprise Plan: $60/month

Payment is due monthly in advance. Additional advertising spend on social media platforms is separate and will be billed directly by the respective platforms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and marketing materials
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining active accounts on selected social media platforms
  • Providing timely feedback and approvals for campaign materials
  • Paying all fees and charges on time

6. Performance and Results

While PhotonVerse employs advanced algorithms and best practices for lead generation, we cannot guarantee specific results, lead quantities, or conversion rates. Results may vary based on industry, target market, competition, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

PhotonVerse is committed to protecting client data and lead information. We implement appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection regulations. For detailed information about our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, software, methodologies, and materials developed by PhotonVerse remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials provided to us.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. PhotonVerse reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of platform policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

PhotonVerse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
